Identifying and Reducing Supply Chain Risk

This course explores how to identify and prioritise supply chain risk to your organisation and examines the available options for risk reduction and mitigation.

BCM Dependency Modelling

This course examines the importance of process mapping and dependency modelling as part of a BCM programme. Looking at ways of capturing and using IT and process dependency models to inform Change Management and Incident Management decision-making.

Managing IT Tests

This course explores all areas of IT Testing, from scoping tests, determining terms of reference and producing test plans and scripts, through to managing and logging test progress and post test review.  It also explores the issue of test scheduling, including type and frequency of testing.
