This module demonstrates how to use the information gathered from the BIA and RA to develop a BCM strategy based on available and credible resilience and contingency options.
This course looks at how we turn the BCM strategy into processes for the business by creating Business Continuity and Crisis Management plans and options for implementing resilience and contingency measures, including the pros and cons of outsourced provision.
This module explores the varying types and complexities of exercises, from desktop walkthroughs to full simulation exercises and live exercises, examining techniques for maintaining and reviewing BCM data and documentation, including the pros and cons of specialist BCM software.
This module explores the issues behind organisational acceptance of BCM, including different audiences, resistance factors, messages and methods for increasing awareness and knowledge of BCM.
