| Project Manager Mike is a project manager, working with both the business continuity and crisis management delivery teams. During his time in the military Mike was involved in numerous crisis management projects. These included the UK Government’s commitments to operations, and the strategy and conduct of operations in Southern Afghanistan as a NATO Officer. After leaving the Army, Mike took a high profile role within the city to develop his commercial experience. In addition to being an experienced crisis leader and manager, Mike has experience in preparing and delivering exercises and training packages to ensure that organisations’ operational delivery is optimised. |
