Senior Consultant
Johnny is a specialist in strategic crisis management, emergency management and business continuity. As a former member of the UK Central Government resilience organisation, he has extensive experience in the development and implementation of government resilience policy, planning and operational delivery. Johnny has carried this experience to the delivery of programmes to develop strategic crisis management capability for the United Nations, the European Commission, a major UK counter-terrorism programme and a range of Government Departments, as well as for local government and a variety of private sector clients.
Johnny has recently implemented a full Business Continuity Programme for a major UK Department of State. He has also delivered programmes of BC training and exercising to a wide range of public and private sector clients, from Category 2 responders and transport operators to housing and care providers.
In addition to operational delivery, Johnny is an experienced trainer, especially in the field of CBRN counter-terrorism, having previously been a Course Director for civil-military relations at the Cabinet Office Emergency Planning College, and the Defence presenter at the Police National CBRN Centre and the Fire Services College.
Johnny is a member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI).
