Senior Consultant
Doug is a Senior Consultant in Steelhenge's Business Continuity team. He brings with him over 20 years experience in business continuity management, incident management, risk management and ICT continuity.
After an early career in IT operations, he moved to become EMEA business continuity manager for global institutions in the retail and pharmaceutical sectors. Moving then into business continuity consultancy, Doug has travelled the world gathering very broad sector experience implementing business continuity programmes for a variety of clients in the UK, USA, Europe, UAE and Far East.
Doug is also an expert trainer and has led training assignments for both the BCI and ISEB in all aspects of business continuity management.
He is a Member of the BCI (MBCI) and holds the ITIL qualification in service management.
