Steelhenge is proud of its successful track record in high quality delivery, therefore applicants are expected to demonstrate either a strong academic background or a wealth of relevant experience.
Graduates are welcomed at Steelhenge. An applicant would be expected to demonstrate how their degree incorporated the skills and knowledge required to work in the industry. Degrees that contain modules in risk management, disaster management, crisis communications or business continuity are particularly favoured.
Steelhenge works with a variety of clients in numerous sectors ranging from the gas industry to food regulatory authorities and financial services. Therefore, crisis, continuity, information security or emergency planning specialists in any of these areas are highly sought after. Degrees are not mandatory, however, significant relevant experience would be required.
Steelhenge offers a limited number of internships to both graduates and those that wish to experience a taster of business continuity and crisis management as a profession.
